In 1913, great-great grandfather bought 230 acres four miles north and east of Greenville. It was around $900,000 in the 1913 equivalent dollars. In progress.

Historic 80,000-acre Panhandle Ranch with phenomenal natural capital. $180 million asset. Role: Identified significant strategic natural assets and histories of the property for a future steward.

Underpinned by 25 years in the financial world, over two decades in resources, and infrastructure finance/capital markets research, theoretical and applied.
The work Dr. Chen, finance professor emeritus, helped me understand how and why things get built, and so how to do it better. Who knew such elegant approaches could be possible in the numbers, real beautiful minds stuff.
