#FedEnergy22: Takeaways About Expanding Energy Mix

After the Dallas and Kansas City Fed’s energy conference in Houston, Seeking Alpha’s Director of Content Michael Hopkins asks me to download my findings about the conference. The segments of the day-long event centered on oil markets, natural gas and energy transition dynamics.

The topics in the “energy transition” space centered on incumbent renewables such as wind and solar, carbon capture and sequestration (CCS), hydrogen, nuclear and other sources. It was energy information manna. However, my interview was for an investor audience, where I apply these learnings to the world of capital allocators, small and large, and try to frame it all from a given point of view.

Seeking Alpha wants to know about takeaways from #FedEnergy22

Upcoming, I plan to further analyze and apply these learnings for another publication. It’s a Texas story, but surrounded by the macro energy environment as the energy world continues to be pushed and pulled in new directions. Additionally, Michael and I took to the airwaves and dug into transition topics in more detail, a sort of finale.

On Dec. 8, the energy transition is further analyzed.

After the Seeking Alpha podcast (last item), Tyson Halsey had a final investor call for the year. That’s a wrap.
