Baker Botts reached out about their Texas data center boom session. It’s the last right before reception time at Old Parkland. I helped seat a legendary developer on the panel, alongside myself.

This issue has received about 5 times the recognition — both likes etc. plus 10x the reposts—of the launch and event of the Dallas 500, a flagship publication, where hundreds pile on.

The LinkedIn Post was featured as a top perspective in its News feed about the big nuclear announcements, a second one of late.

Executive editor Perez selected “The New Energy Barons” and “The Last Great Play” as her 2025 selection. These were part of the November 2025 energy-focused edition. The editorial excellence award noted included “The Resurrection of an Industrial Ghost Town” (April 2024).

The podcast was a marketing warm-up exercise, but helped with “contextual” copy and messaging I would later need.
